There are SO many things that can cause you to not lose weight:
**NOT EATING ENOUGH
***EATING TOO MUCH
****NOT WORKING OUT
*****NOT ENOUGH SLEEP
********NOT DRINKING SHAKEOLOGY
*********NOT EATING ENOUGH FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES
**********NO DRINKING ENOUGH WATER
The list can go on and on. I'm sure you KNOW most or all of these things. If you are NOT losing weight more than likely this is one of the reasons. So pay attention to what you are putting in your body each day. Cut out the bad and add more of the good.
